Design
Every product begins as an engineered drawing — dimensions, joinery, finish and hardware specified before a single cut.

Material Selection
BWR/BWP plywood, kiln-seasoned hardwood, veneers, laminates and fabrics — chosen for each piece's usage and lifespan.

Cutting & Processing
Precision panel cutting, edge banding and shaping — the foundation of a piece that holds its geometry over years.

Assembly
Corner-blocked frames, mortise-and-tenon joints, dowelled connections and reinforced load points — assembled under supervision.

Finishing
Zero-bubble laminate application, veneer polishing, PU and acrylic finishes — cured under factory conditions for a lasting surface.

Upholstery
HR foam in matched densities, hand-tailored fabric covers, spring or webbing bases — built for daily use in Indian homes.

Quality Check
Every piece is inspected before dispatch — joints, finish, hardware, upholstery, alignment. Nothing leaves the workshop without approval.

Delivery
Careful packing and coordinated delivery from Surat, with installation support in served cities.
